Steps to Success

Knowing You

Your NextStep Account Manager will ask to visit your company and meet in-person. We believe meeting at your company initially and throughout our business relationship will ultimately save you time and money through better and faster placements.

On-Point Search

For each unique search we will ask to visit or conference call with the hiring managers and HR leaders to fully understand the vision for the job and the company so we can relay that picture to our candidates and screen their skill-sets and priorities accordingly.

Delivery

Every candidate introduced to you will have been met personally (or phone/video conference interviewed if out-of-state) by a NextStep Recruiter. We do not out-source our recruiting work. Every candidate introduced to you we will have received their permission before sending along to you.

Support

Your NextStep Account Manager will be with you every step of the way during the hiring process. And we don’t disappear on you once a temporary employee of ours is placed or a direct hire placement made. We will periodically call and visit you and our candidate to make sure that all parties are happy with the results of our work together!
